New RD-90B Biodiesel filtration unit

The new RD90B Biodiesel filtration system offers unparalleled Biodiesel filtration performance:

- Up to 90 l/min
- Filtration fineness down to 3 Mikron
- No cartridge filtration is needed anymore for final biodiesel filtration. The RD90B´s performance can be extended for up to 3000 l/min.
- Sludge is handled automaticly and dried.
- Web interface for online controll is prepared

RD-PPS-@2 - Backflushable Microfiltration system for small amounts (up to 200 l) of oil based fluids

 - Up to 200 l can be filtered down to the 1 Mikron ranger.
- Ideally for different grinding systems, hydraulic oils or other lubricants.
- Option for highly viscous fluid (vegetable oils) is available.
- 12/24 V DC and 110/230 V AC versions available.

RD-VegMico - Fully automatic Rapeseed oil filtration systems for oil-mills from 10 to 300 l/min

Rapeseed oil filtration from 1 mm to 1 Mikrometer has been successfully tested. Up to 15.000 mg/kg dissolved particles can be removed.

R+Ds new VegMicro removes also solved air and water through its vacuum technology  automaticly. Sludge is dried.

VegMicros are 3-stage filtration systems and will be available from 10 l/min based on user friendly leasing or renting conditions.

We had downloads of arround 1.6 GB with 5165 visits and 13013 pageclicks in 2005.
That´s a lot for such a specific technique like environmental friendly microfiltration. Thank you for your interest!

In the past we have delivered a lot of technical information and that is what we want to continue with. On the other hand we have found a lot of hints for competitors using our presented knowledge as a low cost replacement for theire own development.
This is what we don´t like too much.

As a consequence we have limited the access to the literature and video pages for registered users.
